An accomplished lawyer suffers a heart attack after continuous work stresses. This makes him look deep into his soul to introspect. He then decides to go on a pilgrimage to India to seek his inner self. The book basically revolves him going to India and seeking a meaningful existence from his guru Yogi and later explaining them to his friend.
The book talks about the ‘Seven virtues of enlightened living’ in the words of the teacher. It deals with a number of concepts/methods/ideas for a meaningful life. I feel that, since there are a lot of concepts and ideas(seriously, a lot!) discussed, it comes out to the reader in not a very lucid manner. This book is a good read for someone who seek some inspirational techniques to incorporate in his/her life. The reader is definitely required to funnel out the important ideas according to their needs. Though the methods/concepts are all not very new, the collection of them proves to be a good read.
